  • Added a new "Purchase price + down payment" entry mode (default) with computed principal.
  • Added live minimum down payment helper with Canadian tier rules and eligibility warnings.
  • Made mortgage insurance automatic when down payment is below 20% (price mode).
  • Added optional insurance estimate in "Mortgage amount (advanced)" mode with price + down payment inputs.
  • Improved input behavior by hiding price/down-payment fields when in principal mode.
  • Added a qualifying (stress test) panel showing benchmark, buffer, and qualifying rate.
  • Added a qualifying payment view with the delta versus your contract payment.
